The Canisius College of Arts and Sciences is the largest and most diverse of the three academic divisions. It also houses the college’s core curriculum which encompasses courses that all students take to support success – critical thinking, oral and written communication, and the understanding of other cultures.
A liberal arts education provides students with a solid foundation for their professions or post graduate studies in fields such as, communication, health and science, law politics, research and international relations. Diverse and flexible programs in this division allow our students to “double up” majors and minors in a wide-range of possibilities.
